Join Constellation, part of the Levy UK family, as a Hospitality Manager at Aston Villa FC and help deliver exceptional experiences for thousands of guests on every matchday.</p><p><br /></p><p>We&#39;re looking for passionate and experienced Front of House Hospitality Managers who can lead high-performing teams, drive operational excellence, and deliver first-class hospitality across our premium lounges, restaurants, executive boxes, and hospitality suites.</p><h2><br /></h2><h2>What you&#39;ll be doing:</h2><ul><li>Leading front of house hospitality operations across matchdays and stadium events.</li><li>Managing, motivating and supporting teams of waiters, runners, supervisors and hospitality staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.</li><li>Leading an array of hospitality service styles, including fine dining, à la carte restaurant service, buffets, bowl food, canapé receptions and premium lounge hospitality.</li><li>Working closely with chefs, operational managers and wider hospitality teams to ensure seamless service throughout the day.</li><li>Managing staffing levels, service standards and operational performance across multiple hospitality areas.</li><li>Ensuring the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, presentation and guest service.</li><li>Ensuring all company policies are followed, including Health &amp; Safety, Food Safety, Manual Handling and COSHH.</li></ul><h2><br /></h2><h2>What we&#39;re looking for:</h2><ul><li>You must be aged 18 or over.</li><li>A minimum of one year&#39;s experience in a hospitality management role.</li><li>Previous experience managing hospitality operations within a stadium, arena, hotel or premium hospitality venue.</li><li><strong>Essential:</strong> Experience working within a fine dining environment.</li><li>Proven experience leading teams of waiters, runners and front of house hospitality staff.</li><li>A thorough understanding of multiple hospitality service styles, including fine dining, à la carte service, buffets, bowl food, canapé service, corporate hospitality and premium lounges.</li><li>Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.</li><li>The ability to remain calm, make decisions and lead teams in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.</li><li>A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences while developing and inspiring high-performing teams.</li></ul><h2><br /></h2><h2>This is a Casual Matchday Position</h2><p>This is a casual, flexible matchday role, offering the opportunity to work throughout the Aston Villa FC season, alongside other exciting events where available.</p><p><strong>Availability for Aston Villa&#39;s home fixtures is essential.</strong></p><p><em>(Fixture dates are subject to change due to television scheduling and cup competitions.
